AgelessRx states that its NAD⁺ is 200 mg/ml, that a 2.5 ml vial holds 500 mg and a 5 ml vial 1,000 mg, and that 0.1 ml is 20 mg, 0.25 ml is 50 mg and 0.5 ml is 100 mg — enough to work out what a week of injections actually delivers. Care Bare Rx publishes $199 and leaves the quantity blank. The catch sits on the AgelessRx side and it is not small: the $79 in its headline is an introductory month on a three-month plan billed in full, the standing rate is $149, and the plain month-to-month plan it advertises has no published price at all. So this is $199 you can rely on against $149 you have to read a footnote to understand, with the milligrams available only on the second one. If you will prepay a quarter, AgelessRx is both cheaper and far more informative; if you will not, ask what a single month costs before you assume $149 applies to you.
