NAD Picks is an independent review desk covering NAD⁺ — the injections, IV drips, nasal sprays, patches and oral precursors people are sold, and the companies selling them. We exist because the gap between what the trials show and what NAD⁺ is marketed as is enormous, and because in this category the cheapest option happens to have the best evidence behind it — which is not what most of the internet will tell you.
No parent company, no outside owner, no entity behind the name — just the site. We are paid by affiliate commissions from some of the providers here, we name every one of them, and the products we rate best on evidence are ones we earn nothing from.
Writers publish under pen names, which each profile states outright. We attach no degrees or affiliations to them and there is no licensed clinician on staff as a medical reviewer — we say so rather than implying otherwise, and that is why a medical disclaimer sits on our health pages. What we do instead is check everything against the primary source before it publishes, and date every price to the month we read it off the seller’s own page.
