NAD Picks is reader-supported. This page says exactly how, names every provider we are paid by, and explains what that money can and cannot change. It is written to meet the FTC’s endorsement guides (16 CFR Part 255) and its “.com Disclosures” guidance on clear and conspicuous disclosure.
1. How we are paid
We earn affiliate commissions. If you click through to a provider from this site and start a program, we may be paid for that, at no extra cost to you — the price you see is the price you pay, and it is the same price as if you had typed the provider’s address in directly. That payment is what keeps this free to read. It is a “material connection” under 16 CFR Part 255, and we disclose it here, on the pages it applies to, and immediately above the links themselves.
Our disclosure is computed from the links actually on the page you are reading, not pasted onto every page. A page that earns nothing from its links says so instead of hedging — which is the only way the notice means anything where it does appear.
2. Who pays us, by name
Outbound partner links run through the affiliate network Katalys (Katalys LLC). As of the date at the top of this page, these are the NAD⁺ providers we have a paid relationship with:
That list is generated from the same data that decides which links earn, so it cannot drift out of date while the site keeps working. Everyone else we cover, we are paid nothing for.
3. What the money buys, and what it does not
It buys placement. Partners are listed first on boards and may appear in featured modules. Where that is the case, it is labeled.
It does not buy the verdict. Not the score, not the ranking rationale, not a safety statement, and declining to partner with us is never punished with a worse one. That is structural rather than aspirational: the function that computes a score is not given the provider’s commercial status, and a test asserts an identical score either way. 4. We turn programs down
The clearest evidence that the firewall holds is the money we are not taking. The NAD⁺ products with the strongest human evidence in this category are oral precursors, and we are in none of their affiliate programs — we declined. We still rate them highest on evidence, and we still tell you to consider them before a $200-a-month injection, on pages that earn us nothing when you take that advice.
A recommendation we cannot be paid for is the strongest signal of independence we are able to give you, so we would rather point at it than ask you to take the firewall on trust.
5. Who we are, and what we do not cover
An independent publisher. Not a medical provider, not a pharmacy, not a telehealth company, and not affiliated with any manufacturer beyond ordinary affiliate agreements. We do not cover every NAD⁺ seller in existence — coverage follows what readers are actually choosing between and where there is evidence to choose on.
6. Not medical advice
This is research and education, not medical advice, and it creates no doctor–patient relationship. NAD⁺ preparations are not right for everyone, and the injectable, IV and nasal forms sold through telehealth are compounded — not FDA-approved, and not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before they reach you. 7. Trademarks
Niagen® and Tru Niagen® are marks of ChromaDex, Inc. Provider and product names, logos and marks referenced here are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify what is being discussed. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
8. Privacy
