Care Bare Rx

Partner

$199/mo

A telehealth brand that puts NAD⁺ on the same footing as everything else it sells, with the price on the page before you hand over an email.

Pick it for: A NAD⁺ page whose published price you can hold them to, with provider review inside a day

WellMedRx

Editorial

$99/mo

States 500 and 1,000 mg and promises the price does not move with the dose — at $99 a month — level with Embody and Mondae, just above CoreAge at $93 — behind a banner advertising a discount rather than a price.

Pick it for: Half the money and a stated dose, if you will confirm the standing rate first

Our verdict

WellMedRx lists 500 mg and 1,000 mg injection options at $99 a month and says the price does not move with the dose, which works out to roughly ten cents a milligram at the larger one. Care Bare Rx charges $199 and does not say what dose that buys, so there is no arithmetic to do on its side at all. The honest reading is that the cheaper seller here is also the more informative one, and $100 a month is a great deal to pay for less information. What Care Bare Rx does better is stand behind the number: its $199 sits on its own NAD⁺ page and is what you are billed, while WellMedRx runs a "Get up to $150 off today" banner beside a $99 price, publishes no tier table, and has no purchasable NAD⁺ listing behind the page. Get month two's rate from WellMedRx in writing, then take it.

What actually separates them

Care Bare Rx and WellMedRx state different things about published price, states a milligram dose and states legitscript certification. Everything else they publish, they publish the same way.

Care Bare Rx costs $100 more than WellMedRx — 101% more for the same molecule. Whether that buys anything is what the rest of this page is for.

Over twelve months that is about $1,188 at WellMedRx against $2,388 at Care Bare Rx — a difference of $1,200.

What neither of them tells you

A comparison that only reports differences implies everything else is settled. Here it is not.

  • Both sell a compounded drug and neither names the pharmacy that compounds it.
  • Neither states whether any bloodwork is included, or what it would cost.
  • Neither publishes which states it can ship to.

Before you choose either

Only one of these two publishes a milligram dose, which makes a straight price comparison impossible: you can tell what each costs, but only one tells you what you get. Ask the other what dose its price buys before you commit, then put both numbers through our cost-per-milligram calculator. A seller that will not answer that question has told you something.

Our take is computed from a published rubric that does not read commercial status, and what is known about safety applies to both of them equally.
