Our verdict
Both state 1000 mg a month, which almost nothing else in this category does, so this is the rare case where two prices mean the same thing. System Labs is $149; iThriveMD is $249 month-to-month. That is about 15 cents a milligram against 25. iThriveMD carries fuller FDA language and pushes discount tiers that close the gap, but a promotional price is not the standing one — and on the standing one, the same stated quantity costs $100 more.
Scores and verdicts are computed from our published rubric, which does not read commercial status. Where one provider is a paid partner and the other is not, that changes the label on the card and nothing else.
Before you choose either
Ask both for the dose their monthly price buys — most providers in this category do not publish it, and without milligrams the prices are not comparable. Our cost-per-milligram calculator does the arithmetic once you have the numbers. And read what is known about safety — for injectable NAD⁺, less than you would hope.
