Ivím sells the same weekly NAD⁺ injection on two pages at two different prices, and neither of them is the number in the big type.
Our verdict
Ivím's NAD⁺ is a weekly injection with clinician oversight, and the real cost of a month is $204 — $129 for the medication plus the $75 monthly membership printed beside it. That is not what either page leads with. Their main product page leads with $129; a second landing page for the identical product leads with $75 a month, against a struck-through $187.50 that the first page contradicts. Work out which page you are on before you decide what you think of the price.

What it is
A large weight-loss telehealth service — GLP-1s, branded and compounded — with a wide secondary shelf of hormone, energy and longevity products. NAD⁺ sits under Energy & Metabolism as a weekly injection, and an oral NMN product called Renu sits under Longevity & Skin.
How it works
Membership-based. You share history and goals, speak with a licensed provider, receive medication, and the plan is adjusted as you respond. The membership is a recurring $75 a month and appears next to every medication price rather than being bundled into it, so it is disclosed — just not included.
Pricing transparency
On the NAD⁺ product page: $129 for one month plus $75 a month for membership, which is $204 in month one and every month after. Two months is $149 upfront plus membership. On a second page for the same product, the offer is presented as 60 percent off — $75 a month when you buy two months for $150 total, against a stated former price of $187.50 a month. Those two pages disagree about what NAD⁺ normally costs, by $58.50 a month, and about the two-month price by a dollar. The figure to plan around is the one on the product page.
Branded vs compounded
Prescription NAD⁺ for weekly subcutaneous injection, described as pharmaceutical-grade and prescribed after clinician review. Neither NAD⁺ page states that the preparation is compounded or names the pharmacy; a prescription NAD⁺ injection dispensed this way is compounded, and compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. Ivím also sells an oral NMN product, which is the format with randomized human trials behind it.

- Why do two Ivím pages show different prices?
- We do not know, and that is the point. Their NAD⁺ product page prices one month at $129. A second landing page for the same weekly injection advertises 60 percent off at $75 a month for a two-month purchase, against a former price of $187.50 a month. Nothing on either page reconciles the two, and a shopper who lands on one will judge the offer very differently from a shopper who lands on the other.
- Is the membership optional?
- The pricing block shows "+ $75/mo Membership" beside both the one-month and two-month medication prices, so it is part of the cost rather than an upgrade. Ivím also says NAD⁺ is included with an existing membership, which reads as though members get it at no extra cost — the price block on the same page says otherwise. Confirm which applies to you before enrolling.
- They sell an NMN product too — is that a better buy?
- It is the better-evidenced one. Ivím's Renu is an oral NMN supplement, and oral precursors like NMN and nicotinamide riboside are the only NAD⁺ formats with randomized human trials showing they reliably raise blood NAD⁺. What those trials do not show is that raising it produces the energy and anti-aging outcomes the injections are marketed on. Neither format has that.
