Lttl review
Read the renewal column
Three NAD⁺ formats with one billing ladder: the $99 headline does not describe the normal monthly renewal.
Our verdict
Lttl is useful for comparing an injection, nasal spray and oral liquid within one service. Its plan selector also lets you compare the commitment behind the headline. The recurring monthly option is $149; the $99 figure applies to an introductory offer or an annual plan. That distinction matters more than the advertised saving. A lower average can require a much larger payment today.

What it is
A telehealth service with separate weight-loss and longevity menus. NAD⁺ is listed as an injection, nasal spray and liposomal oral liquid. The injection page names a 500–1,000 mg range. That is a product range, not proof that every plan includes the same quantity or that all three routes deliver an equivalent dose.
How it works
A clinician reviews an online assessment and decides whether to prescribe. The terms list RedRock, Health Warehouse, Precision and Triad Rx as pharmacy partners, without assigning a particular NAD⁺ order to one pharmacy. Ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription and what its label says before choosing a format. This review did not enter a medical intake.
Pricing transparency
The public plan selector lists $149 for monthly auto-refill for each NAD⁺ format. Other choices are $417 quarterly ($139 per month), $774 every six months ($129 per month), and $1,188 annually ($99 per month). A separate $99 first-month offer is explicitly introductory. The monthly card describes a four-week supply but says billing is every month; clarify the refill date and whether supply will cover each billing interval. The current product page also starts at $99. In the current table, $129 is the six-month average; it is not the standalone monthly renewal. Canceling future refills does not undo a prepaid commitment.

Branded vs compounded
The injection page lists 500–1,000 mg options, but the prescribed quantity must be confirmed. Lttl identifies these as compounded prescriptions and says they are not FDA-approved. Its longevity marketing makes broad claims about aging and cognition. Those statements do not establish a demonstrated benefit from the particular formulation you would receive. An oral NAD⁺ liquid is also not interchangeable with an NR or NMN supplement simply because all sit in the same shopping category.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Three clearly named NAD⁺ formats
- Plan selector distinguishes recurring, prepaid and introductory prices
- Terms name four pharmacy partners
- Injection page publishes a milligram range
Watch-outs
- The $99 headline can mean an introductory charge or an annual-plan average
- Four-week supply wording sits beside monthly billing
- No pharmacy assignment is published for an individual NAD⁺ order
- Previously processed charges are generally not refunded after cancellation
Best for
Someone comparing formats who will check the renewal price and upfront commitment before selecting a plan.
Who should look elsewhere
Someone expecting an ongoing $99 month-to-month plan, or treating the three routes as clinically interchangeable.

Frequently asked
- Is Lttl NAD⁺ $99 a month?
- The recurring monthly plan is $149 in the plan selector. The $99 figure appears as a first-month promotion and as the annual plan’s monthly average. Read the total charge and renewal terms together.
- Does the $129 price mean month-to-month billing?
- No. The selector attaches that average to a $774 payment every six months. It is a different commitment from monthly auto-refill.
- Can I choose nasal or oral NAD⁺ instead of injections?
- The site lists both, subject to clinician approval. Availability does not establish equal absorption, dose or effectiveness. Ask your prescriber what the proposed formulation contains and why that route is appropriate.
- What happens if I cancel?
- The terms distinguish stopping future charges from refunding processed orders. Check the cutoff in your account before renewal, especially when considering a prepaid plan.
- Is Lttl expensive compared with other NAD⁺ injection providers?
- Lttl publishes a starting figure of $149/mo. Across the 109 NAD⁺ injection providers we review that publish a starting price on the same billing basis, those run $17.97/mo to $649/mo with a median of $158.93/mo, which puts Lttl below the median, toward the cheaper end. The other 41 NAD⁺ injection providers we review do not have a comparable published starting price in our records, so they are excluded. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
