Why you have to pick a billing cycle too
Because a monthly subscription and a per-session infusion are not the same kind of number, and a median taken across both would describe a market that does not exist. We keep 8 separate groups for exactly that reason — 167 verified prices in total, each sitting only next to prices charged the same way. Four cadences are in use and only one is monthly, which is worth knowing before you compare anything.
Groups smaller than 5 sellers are not offered at all. A percentile over three prices is arithmetic, not evidence, and putting one on screen would invite you to act on it.
What a percentile here does and does not mean
It means: among the sellers whose price we have read off their own page, this many charge less than you for the same format on the same cycle. It does not mean you are being overcharged. Price is one axis; dose is another, and the sellers that publish one are in the minority — so a cheaper seller may simply be selling you less. Cost per milligram is the comparison that survives that objection, where the numbers exist to make it.
Every price here is one we verified on the seller’s own page, and each carries a date in the full price table. Prices move, intro rates expire, and a figure that was right when we read it can be wrong when you check — which is the reason the table publishes the date at all.
