What a year of NAD⁺ actually costs
Annualize every NAD⁺ price we have verified — monthly injections, per-session infusions, oral precursors — and see the year-one total each format really asks for.
Nobody buys NAD⁺ for one month. Sellers price it by the month anyway, because a monthly figure is the smallest true number they can show you. All 117 published prices we have verified are annualized below, each under its own billing unit.
The comparison that matters is between formats, not within them — and a subscription and a per-visit infusion are not the same kind of purchase. 8 of the sellers here bill per session rather than per month, so their year depends on a frequency none of them publishes. You set it; the totals move.

$779.88
across 33 priced sellers
A year of oral precursor at the cheapest price we can verify is $215.64. A year of the cheapest oral precursor we verify — BulkSupplements at $17.97 a month — is $215.64.
This is the cheapest format we track, and it is also the only one with randomized human trials behind it. That combination does not occur anywhere else in the category.

One caveat on the spread: 12 of these sellers offer more than one format, and we record a single published price floor per seller. Where a clinic sells two formats at different prices, its figure here is the lower of them — so read the marked rows against that seller’s own review rather than as a price for this format alone.

Left out of every figure above: Lumine Organics, Renue By Science, Nuform Health. These sellers publish no price, so their year cannot be totaled. Counting them as zero would give the cheapest year to the least transparent seller in the format.
Three things the annual number changes
- A monthly price hides the commitment. The gap between two subscriptions looks like pocket change a month and becomes a real sum over a year. The arithmetic is trivial; the reason nobody shows it is that it is not flattering.
- A per-session price hides the course. Reading an infusion price against a monthly subscription is the easiest mistake in this category, and it always runs in the clinic’s favor. Set the frequency honestly and an infusion year can exceed a subscription year several times over.
- Cheapest is not worst. The lowest annual total on the page belongs to the only format with randomized human trials behind it. That is an uncomfortable finding for a category that sells premium delivery, and it is what the numbers say.
An annual total tells you the commitment, not the value. For that you need the milligrams, which is what the cost-per-milligram league table ranks — and the price comparison table holds the same prices unannualized, seller by seller. If you have not settled on a format yet, start with the format finder.
